The Brief

HB Fuller’s CEO Huddle Series is a quarterly global initiative bringing executive leadership directly into local facilities around the world. Each event includes onsite executive tours, locally filmed storytelling, and a live broadcast of the quarterly report to employees worldwide.

The goal: increase transparency, engagement, and connection across a global workforce.


The Challenge

Producing a live broadcast from a new international location every quarter introduces constant variables: time zones, language barriers, local infrastructure, travel logistics, and executive schedules.

Each event requires:

  • Filming and editing a location-specific story overnight
  • Coordinating global stakeholders and local teams
  • Executing a live broadcast viewed by thousands of employees worldwide

My Role

As the Account Manager and Producer, I lead the series end-to-end, including:

Real-time crisis management

Executive and client communication

Global travel logistics oversite (visas, carnets, flights, lodging)

Crew hiring and onsite coordination

Show flow and run of show

Live broadcast oversight

Overnight edit management

Storytelling and brand alignment

Colombia CEO Huddle | Live-Day Edit Crisis

During final rehearsals, we discovered that an employee featured prominently in the approved video had been let go the previous day. With less than an hour before the live broadcast, and the editor unavailable after an overnight edit, I stepped in to re-edit the video myself.

The revised video aired live without issue, and the CEO personally thanked me for resolving the situation seamlessly under pressure.

Why This Matters
