The Daily Crave: Social Media Management Case Study with Graphic Support

The Daily Crave is a fast-paced, location-based food truck serving burgers, hot dogs, fries, and drinks across high-traffic areas like downtown markets, college campuses, and local breweries. The goal was to create a social media presence that not only looked cohesive, but actively drove foot traffic by answering one key question: “Where are they right now?”

Objective

  • Increase daily foot traffic through consistent, location-based posting
  • Build a recognizable and cohesive brand presence
  • Improve customer engagement and repeat visits
  • Highlight menu items, dietary options, and overall experience

Strategy

This account was built around three core content pillars:

1. Location & Accessibility
Making it easy for customers to find the truck in real time

  • Weekly schedule graphics
  • “Where are we now?” same-day posts
  • Pinned schedule for quick reference

2. Product & Social Proof
Showcasing food in a way that drives cravings and builds trust

  • Customer favorites + UGC-style content
  • Reviews and reactions
  • Rotating/experimental menu items

3. Brand Personality & Community
Creating a memorable, human-centered brand

  • Meet the staff + staff picks
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Day-in-the-life storytelling
  • Meme-style, relatable content
