Adaptability in Action
No two days on-site look the same. Depending on the production, I step into roles including:
- Camera and set coordination
- Talent wrangling
- Managing rapid schedule changes
- Supporting live show logistics
- Communicating between producers, crews, and Disney stakeholders
Flexibility is essential. Schedules are changing constantly due to guest experience, weather, talent availability, and park operations.
Challenges of Filming at Disney
Filming inside active theme parks requires precision:
- Overnight shoots to avoid guest disruption
- Tight call times and limited access windows
- Constantly shifting schedules
- Strict brand, safety, and talent guidelines
- High expectations for discretion and professionalism
I manage these challenges by staying calm, anticipating backup plans, and keeping crews focused and supported no matter what changes.
Why Disney Continues to Staff Me

- Strong attitude and adaptability when schedules change
- Trusted with executive access and confidential projects
- Ability to protect the Disney brand while supporting creative teams
Producer Feedback:
“Thank you for taking such great care of our crew while here.”
